Ingredients

  • 4 oz thawed and thoroughly drained frozen crabmeat, flaked
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 eggs, (can use egg substitute)
  • 1 cup evaporated skimmed milk
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and powered mustard
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • Dash Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Spray 8in glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray
3. In medium bowl combine crabmeat, cheese, and green onions. Using the back of a spoon, press crabmeat mix over bottom and up the sides of the pie plate
4. Using a wire whisk in medium mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper. Pour over crabmeat mix.
5. Sprinkle the top with paprika
6. Bake in oven until set about 30 minutes
7. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minuted before serving.
