Neely's Dry Rub

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons ancho chili powder
• 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
• 2 tablespoons dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon ground mustard
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 2 tablespoons kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a small glass bowl to create the spice rub.
