Ingredients
- 1 can (2 lbs.) Italian peeled tomatoes
- 1 can(6oz.) tomato paste
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teasp. oregano
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 teasp salt
- 1/8 teasp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in olive oil until soft and transparent. Add chopped garlic and cook for 1 min.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste and remaining ingredients.
Simmer 1 hour.
