Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen lima beans
- 1 C. water
- 2 . butter
- 1-2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley
- 1/2 C. whipping cream
- 1.5 C. chicken broth
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Boil, reduct heaet, simmer til soft (15-20 minutes) first 4 ingredients
Remove from heat, cool to room temp. Then
whirl in blender or food processor.
Add to remaining ingredients tobean mixture and blend until smooth. Chill
3-4 hours and serve. Can also re-heat on low and
serve warm.
Garnish with croutons, green onions, or whatever you have on hand.
