Ingredients
- 1 +1/2 cups milk
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
in fondue pot, whisk together milk, garlic, flour and mustard, whisking constantly, heat until it starts to simmer and thicken. gradually add cheese until all is melted together.
serve hot
