Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

• Drizzling sauce:
• 12 oz ground turkey
• 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
• 8 oz mushrooms
• 3 scallions
• 2 cloves garlic
• water chestnuts
• celery
• carrots
• bean sprouts
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 T brown sugar
• 1 T rice wine vinegar
• 3 T soy sauce
• 2 T rice wine vinegar
• 1 T honey
• 1 T dijon mustard
• 1 T sriracha sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Brown turkey and let set in the sauce for awhile.
Quickly cook rest of vegetables. Add turkey With sauce.

Set back some drizzling sauce for top of lettuce wraps
