Ingredients
- 2 14 oz. cans artichoke hearts(not marinated)
- 1/4 cup liquid from artichokes
- 1 cup parmeson cheese
- 8 oz package shredded mozzarela cheese
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Add liquid to parmeson cheese, add mozzarela cheese, mayonnaise, and add artichokes that have been cut up finely. Mix well. Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bakej at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm
