Honey Orange Marinated Salmon

  • 1/4 C honey
  • 1/4 C orange juice
  • 1/3 C low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1 T apple juice
  • 1 T minced fresh ginger
  • 1 lb salmon fillets



Step 1

Combine honey, orange juice, soy suace, onions, olive oil, apple juice and ginger in a large resealable plastic bag

Add Salmon, seal bag and turn to coat, place in refrigerator for 1 hour turning several times.

Heat oven to 350

Line a sheet pan with foil and coat foil with EVOO

Remove Salmon from marinade and place on prepared foil skin side down, discard marinade.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until the fish flakes.
