Ingredients

• 7/8 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 punch salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup ground pecans
• 1 cup confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300°
Cream butter and sugar
And nuts and vanilla
Blend in flour and mix well
Form doubt into balls
Bake on a ungreased sheet for 8-10 minutes or until barely brown
Cost in confectioners sugar while still hot
