Ingredients

  • 1/4

    cup soy sauce

  • 1

    tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1

    tbsp pink Himalayan salt

  • 1

    tsp cumin

  • 1

    tsp coriander

  • 1/2

    tsp turmeric

  • 1

    tbsp garlic powder

  • 1

    tbsp oregano

  • 2

    tbsp EVOO

  • 3

    lbs of boneless/skinless chicken thighs.

  • 1/4

    cup maple syrup

  • 1-2

    tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

1. Mix the first 9 ingredients well. 2. Add Chicken and marinate for 20 minutes. 3. Preheat oven at 450F. 4. Thread each piece of chicken on to a skewer. 5. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 6. Set your oven racks to the top half of the oven. 7. Place a rack over each one. 8. Arrange your chicken skewers on the racks. 9. In a jar or squeeze bottle shake up 1/4 cup maple syrup with 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 10. Pour liberally over chicken. 11. Roast at 450F for 10 minutes. 12. Rotate the pans. 13. Cook another 15 minutes.
