Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cans 14 1/2 oz each stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can 15oz veg-all vegetables drained
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In large saucepan, melt butter
stir in onion and cabbage
heat for 2 minutes
add water cover and simmer for 10 minutes
stir in tomatoes, veg-all and seasonings
simmer for 10 minutes
