Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Paprika
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 2 tbsp. ginger powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Rosemary
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Store unused portion in air tight bag in freezer.
Brine meat in cold water for at least 8 hours, dry and apply rub. Allow to marinate overnight.
