Strawberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 8 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds, toasted
- 8 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 8 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons frozen raspberry concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and dry spinach; wrap in paper towel in a plastic bag and store in refrigerator until ready to use. Rinse and dry strawberries. In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients. Slice strawberries. To serve, divide spinach then strawberries between 4 plates. Sprinkle with salad dressing and top with chopped almonds.
