- 1 package flaky dough
- Filling ingredients
- 4- 8oz whipped cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- Garnish
- 2 bars milk chocolate
- Nut crunch (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Roll the flaky dough 1:8" thickness
Cut into 3/4" strips
Roll the strips around greased canollis she'll and place on a cookie sheet
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool and remove yodel from shell
For the filling combine all the ingredients mixing well. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes mixing every 10 minutes to prevent crust from forming. Place cheese mixture into a pastry bag and fill the yodel
Dip both ends of the yodel into melted chocolate and nut crunch
