Maple Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
• 2/3 cup canola oil
• 1/4 cup apple juice

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together first 5 ingredients. Gradually add oil, whisking until well mixed. To thin consistency add apple juice until desired texture is achieved.
