Easy Drop Danish Pastry

These are SO quick & easy! I used to make them all the time! I usually made small ones, but you can make them larger if you want

Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 1/4 c. softened butter
- 2 Tb. sugar
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. any flavor jam/preserve
- 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 Tb. warm water
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Danish:
Mix butter, sugar & Bisquick until crumbly (easiest with pastry cutter or 2 forks). Stir in milk until dough forms; beat 15 strokes. Drop by rounded TB. 2" apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Make a shallow well in center of each with back of spoon and fill with 1 tsp. jam. Bake until golden (about 15 min) at 450 (yes, 450). Drizzle with glaze while warm.
Glaze:
Beat all ingredient together with small whisk
