- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, lightly packed
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 peeled and sliced apples
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 1 1/2 quart square baking dish.
Cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in flour and cinnamon until crumbly. Arrange apples in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake for 40 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
