- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/8 teaspoons vanilla extract

Step 1
In a bowl, combine flour. sugar, baking powder and cocoa. Pour oil, water and vanilla extract. Mix with a fork until batter is smooth. Roll into a ball and flatten between hands. Place batter into a small rectangular pan. Spread batter evenly to edges with a knife. Bake brownies for 13 minutes. For cakey brownies bake for 15 minutes.
