Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 20 large whole mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 teaspoon lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Clean and set aside mushrooms
Cut out stems and dice
Saute stems, onion, celery until lightly cooked. Add remaining ingredients. Fill caps with chicken mixture.
Place in a buttered baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
