Ingredients

• st Layer:
• 1 cup flour
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• nd Layer:
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powered sugar
• 2 cups Kool Whip, thawed
• rd Layer:
• 2 (3 oz.) boxes instant lemon pudding
• 3 cups milk
• th Layer:
• 2 cups Kool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

1st Layer: Combine and spread in bottom of 9 X 13" pan. Bake at 375ºF for 15 minutes. Cool.

2nd Layer: Combine and spread over 1st layer.

3rd Layer: Combine and spread over 2nd layer.

4th Layer: Spread on top of 3rd layer.

Chill.
