  • Crust
  • 3 cups cream filled chocolate sandwich cookie crumble
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • Filling
  • 2 tbsp plus 1 1/3 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 packaged (8oz each) cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips melted
  • Glaze
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Chocolate covered coffee beans optional

Step 1

Combine cookie crumbs and butter press onto bottom of greased 9" round pan. In a small bowl combine the coffee granules, water and cinnamon set aside
In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese sugar and flour until smooth. Add eggs beat on low speed until combined. Stir in vanilla and divide batter in halfback stir melted chocolate into one portion and pour over crust. Stir coffee mixture into remaining batter spoon over chocolate later
Place the round pan in large baking pan add 1 inch of hot water to the larger pan
Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until center is just set and the top appears dull. Remove the pan from water and cool for 10 minutes. Carefully run knife around edge of pan to loosen. Cool 1 hour refrigerate over night
In a bowl add ingredients for glade melt in microwave until smooth. Spread over cheesecake
