Ingredients
- 2 squares baker's white chocolate
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 peanut butter sandwich cookies, crushed (nutter butter cookies)
- vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
Heat white chocolate, condensed milk, peanut butter, and milk over low heat in a small saucepan.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted and sauce is smooth, stirring occasionally.
Allow to cool slightly and drizzle over vanilla ice cream.
Sprinkle crushed cookies over sauce. Serve immediately.
I would store the leftover sauce in a small mason jar or even a small plastic container with a tight fitting lid and just warm it up for a few seconds in the microwave.
Those crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies, though - oh MAN do they make these sundaes an incredible dessert!
