Mixed Greens with Mediterranean Vinaigrette 0 Picture


  • 3 T red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t Dijon mustard
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/4 c EVOO
  • 10 oz pkg torn mixed salad greens
  • 4 oz Athenos traditional crumbled feta cheese



Step 1

Blend first 5 ingredients in blender until well blended. Add oil; blend 15 sec.

Place greens in Lg bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Top with cheese.

Substitute: can use balsamic instead of red wine vinegar.
