Ingredients

  • Approximately 5 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 plus lb good sausage
  • Velveeta
  • mayonnaise
  • beer

Preparation

Step 1

Hard boil eggs and shell.
Wrap sausage around individual egg to form a ball.
Bake on a rack at 350 for app.30 minutes

Cheese sauce: In pan, heat equal parts of velveeta and mayonnaise and 1/2 part of beer. Heat and stir until sauce is smooth.
Serve with cooked eggs/sausage

Cheese sauce can be made ahead of time and warmed
