Missouri Cookies

Donna recieved this recipie from her sister-in-law Sitter Nelson-Henry.

Ingredients

• 4 cups sugar
• 5 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cubes (1/2 pound) margarine
• 6 cups oatmeal
• 1 cup peanut better
• 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Bring to boil, and boil 1 full minute:
The sugar, cocoa, milk, margarine and salt.
Take off heat and add quickly:
The oatmeal, peanut butter, and vanilla.
Drop from spoon onto wax paper as quickly as possible.
