Ingredients
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 stalks celery chopped
- 1 small head green cabbage, chopped
- 12 oz spaghetti, cooked, drained
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat butter in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add pepper flakes and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
2. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Add to skillet. Cook steak until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet with a slotted spoon.
3. Add oil to skillet. Cook onion and celery until tender, about 10 minutes. Add cabbage. Cook stirring, until cresp-tender, about 10 minutes.
4. Add steak, spaghetti and soy sauce to skillet. Cook, stirring, until heated through. Serve hot.
