Ingredients
- 4 6oz salmon filets
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbs Honey mustard dressing (I like Ken's)
- 3 tbs mayo
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cashews

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on fillets
2. Mix in bowl, Honey mustard dressing and mayo
3. Spread mixture evenly over fillets
4. Sprinkle chopped cashews over fillets
5. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes, depends on thickness of fillets.
6 For the last 2-3 minutes put under broiler to "toast" the cashews.
