Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 4-6 chicken breasts, boiled and cut
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
- 1 can chopped or sliced water chestnuts
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 mixed in casserole; 1/2 on top.
- 1/2 to 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise

Step 1
Blend together all ingredients and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned - top with remaining cheddar cheese and crushed croutons or onion rings - continue baking for 5 more minutes.
