Ingredients

  • 1 lb. turkey tenderloin, cut into large chunks
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 3 T. lite soy sauce
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon, rosemary, and garlic. Pour over turkey and let marinate for at least one hour. Thread turkey into skewers and grill over medium heat, turning throughout, until cooked thru.
