Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs baking potatoes, cut lenghthwise into quarters
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place cut potatoes on a large nonstick baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp olive oil and salt and pepper. Spread potatoes in a single layer and bake until browned and crisp, about 35 minutes.
