Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts skinned
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Large Onion chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Beef Bouillion Cubes - crushed
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Jar Baby-food Apricots
  • 2 Tsp. Soy Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350.
Season chicken with salt. Shake chicken breasts with mixture of curry powder and flour.
Brown chicken in oil and remove to casserole dish.
Brown onion.
Stir sugar, bouillion cubes, water, apricots, lemon juice and soy sauce into onions and drippings.
Heat to boiling.
Pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
