• 4 1/2 c. cereal
• 4 c. popcorn
• 1/4 c. butter
• 1/3 c. brown sugar
• 2 tbsp karo syrup
• 1/4 tsp vanilla

Step 1

Combine popcorn and cereal.

Remaining ingredients melted on stove until sugar dissolved.
