Ingredients

    c. peeled, cored, and chopped tomatoes

    oz cans tomatoe paste

    c. chopped onions

    c. bottled lemon juice

    jalepenos, seeded and finely chopped

    tbsp salt

    tbsp sugar

    c. assorted peppers-chopped

    tbsp ground cumin-optional

    tbsp oregano leaves-chopped

    cloves garlic-finely chopped

  • 1

    tsp black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle hot into pint jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Boil lids and put lids and rings on jars. Then into hot water bath.
