Ingredients
- 1-14 oz pkg light carmels
- 2/3 c. evap. milk
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 pkg german choc. cake mix
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 6 oz pkg choc chips

Preparation
Step 1
In top of double boiler combine carmels and 1/3 c. evap milk, cook stirring consistantly til carmels are melted.
Generously grease and lightly flour 9x13 pan.
Combine cake mix, melted butter, nuts and remaining 1/3 c. evap milk. Stir by hand until dough holds together. Pat 1/2 dough in pan. Bake 6 min. at 350 degrees. Sprinkle choc.chips, then add carmel mixture and put rest of dough on top. Bake an additional 15-28 minutes.
