Sour Cream Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put chicken in bottom of slow cooker
2. Sprinkle with taco seasoning
3. Top with Salsa
4. Cook on LOW 6-8 hrs
5. When ready to serve remove chicken from pot
6. Mix 2 tbs cornstarch with water.
7. Stir into salsa sauce to thicken.
8. Stir in sour cream, then serve
