Ingredients
- 1 15.5 oz pkg brownie mix
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 1.5 qt any flavor ice cream
- fresh fruit
- chocolate syrup, caramel and sprinkles
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare brownie mix as directed on box. Spray a 12 in pizza pan. Spread brownie mix into pan, Bake 20 mins or until center is firm. Cool 20 mins then freeze 1 hr. Spread peanut butter leaving 1 in edge around pizza. Top with scoops of ice cream in a ring. Fill with fruit, drizzle with toppings. Freeze leftovers.
