Ingredients

  • 6 cups of Zucchini, shredded
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Tablespoons of BetterBody Foods LIVfit Superfood Blend
  • 1 Tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil (Italian flavored oil, if you have it)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degree f.

Shred 4-5 zucchinis, enough for 6 cups Place in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 4-5 minutes. Allow to cool. Place in a colander and drain the liquid. Place the zucchini in a tea towel and twist to squeeze out as much liquid as possible. The more water you remove, the crisper the crust.

Place the zucchini in a mixing bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Place a silicon mat or parchment paper on the the baking pan of your choice. Shape as desired.

Place the pan in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.

If you want save the crust for later use, remove from the oven and allow to cool. After cooling, place the crust in a large zip top bag and refrigerate or freeze for later use.

If you want to make the pizza now, raise the oven tempature to 425 degrees f. Add your sauce and desired toppings. Place back in oven and cook for 10 - 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cut and serve.
