  • 1 chicken, cooked, skinned and deboned**
  • 1 box of Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice (fast cook recipe) cooked
  • 1 can French Style Green Beans, drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 can Cream of Celery soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can Durkee's French Fried Onion Rings, divided
  • **In a hurry, use canned chicken (usually 3 cans)



Step 1

After cooking rice and chicken, combine with all the ingredients listed above. Add only half of the onion rings. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees F. Add remaining onion rings and cook for 5-10 minutes.
