Ingredients

• 1 2/3 c flour
• 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 pound butter
• 3/4 c sugar
• 2/3 c packed brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 1/2 Tbsp milk
• 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
• 1 c chocolate chips
• 1 5 ounce chocolate bar, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk flour-dry ingredients together
Beat butter on medium speed until light and creamy
Add sugars,egg,milk and vanilla
Stir the flour mixture into butter until well blended and smooth
In food processor grind oatmeal until fine
Stir into the dough with the chocolate chips and grated choc bar
