Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of your favorite Olive Oil, plus more for oiling grill grate
- Juice of 2 Lemons, plus 1 more Lemon (halved) for grilling
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon TOregano
- 1/2 teaspoon
- 30 grinds Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 package All Natural Bone-In Skin-On Chicken Thighs
Preparation
Step 1
In a large non-reactive baking dish, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, salt and lemon pepper seasoning. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat one side of the grill to high. Dip a crumpled paper towel in a tiny bit of olive oil, and use tongs to oil the grill grate with the paper towel.
Place chicken on cool side of the grill and cook for 5 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook another 20 minutes.
Place lemon halves on hot side of grill. Move chicken to the hot side of the grill, skin side-down, and cook until skin is crisp and chicken is cooked to 165°F. Remove from heat and serve with grilled lemon halves.
