  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Sliced onion
  • Chopped celery
  • 1 pkg frozen peas (uncooked)
  • 3 t sugar
  • 2 hard cooked eggs
  • 1 pint mayonnaise
  • parmesan cheese
  • bacon pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Use a glass dish. Place lettuce to form bottom layer. Next make one layer each of sliced onion, chopped celery and 1/2 package of peas. Repeat layer of lettuce and onion. Sprinkle sugar and add remaining 1/2 package of peas. Top with 2 sliced hard cooked eggs. Spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with parmesan and bacon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
