Ingredients
- 2 tsp. Vegetable Oil
- 3/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1 c. Light Brown Sugar
- 1 lb. thin Bacon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º.
Line broiler pan with foil. Coat with Vegetable Oil.
Combine Brown Sugar and Cayenne. Press 1 side of Bacon in Sugar and coat well.
Arrange in single layer, sugar side up.
Bake until crisp and sugar is bubbly, approximately 15-20 minutes.
