Spinach and Feta Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 C cream style cottage cheese
  • 20 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 2/3 C crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 C butter melted
  • 6 Tbl flour
  • Dash ground nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350
Grease 3 qt casserole.
Combine eggs, cottage cheese, spinach, feta, butter, flour and nutmeg.
Transfer to casserole
Bake uncovered 45-60 minutes until center nearly set.

Can be cut in half
