Monster Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 – 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 – 7oz bag Smarties

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream margarine. Add eggs, sugars, peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix in remaining ingredients.

2. Drop 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie 3” apart on baking sheet.

3. Bake at 350 °F for 10 – 12 minutes.
