Chocolate Chip Nut Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 - 1/2 cups flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or butterscotch, or raisins)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Cream margarine and sugars. Add egg. Mix in flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in nuts and chips or raisins.

3. Drop dough by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
