Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 tbs Italian bread crumbs
- 1 cup peeled and diced cucumbers
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can sliced black olives (or 10 pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1 tsp crushed garlic

Step 1
1. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together
2. Press into loaf pan
3. Bake at 375 for 45 min - 1hr.
4. Slice into 6 even pieces.
