Gluten Free Plain Jane Biscuits
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 – 1/4 cups @331708
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a measuring cup or small bowl combine the milk and lemon juice; set aside for 5 minutes.
2. In a medium bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk mixture, stirring with a fork or rubber spatula to make a soft, slightly sticky dough.
3. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, or until tops are golden. Serve immediately.
