Gluten Free Flour Mixture #1

An all-purpose gluten free flour mixture.

Ingredients

  • 6 parts rice flour
  • 2 parts potato starch
  • 1 part tapioca starch

Preparation

Step 1

Sift ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.

Store in an airtight container or canister.

Substitute 1:1 in recipes that call for regular flour.

You will also want to add about 1 tsp xanthan per 1 cup of flour substituted.
