Asian Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg (3 oz) beef Ramen noodle soup, uncooked
  • 1 lb shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or almonds, toasted
  • 1 cup sunflower seed kernels
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Crush noodles, add to next 3 ingredients. Mix flavor packets with liquids and sugar. Pour over noodle mixture. Refrigerate 12 hours before serving.
