Grandma Pratt's Cheesecake

Ingredients

• GRAHAMCRACKER CRUST:
• 1 2/3 cups grahamcrackers (crushed)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine
• CHEESE CAKE:
• 12 oz Knudsen's cream cheese (beat till smooth)
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• ADD TOPPING:
• l cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

GRAHAMCRACKER CRUST:
1 2/3 cups grahamcrackers (crushed)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Press into 9" pie pan
Bake approx. 8 min. at 300o

CHEESE CAKE:
12 oz Knudsen's cream cheese (beat till smooth)
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
Bake 40 min at 300o
Let cool approx. 10 min.

ADD TOPPING:
l cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 t vanilla
Mix till smooth. Pour on top of cheese cake and bake approx. 5 more min.
